  • Booking Appointments
    Appointments are recommended for all spa services and can be made online or by phone. To secure your appointment, a credit card number is required at the time of booking. For spa services, such as Massage therapy, and Skin therapy please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out any necessary paperwork, Consultations, and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea or calm your mind, body, and soul.
  • Cancellation Policy
    Turquoise Tea will cancel or reschedule your appointment if you do so in a sensible amount of time. We kindly request the courtesy of giving us the following notice for cancellation or rescheduling: 24 hours’ notice for a single service, 48 hours’ notice for a package & weekend services, 72 hours’ notice for a Holiday Services requiring 90 minutes or more require a 48 hour notice of cancellation or a 100% service fee will be accessed If you choose to cancel or reschedule within the above time frames, we do charge 30% of your scheduled appointment to your credit card. If you choose to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of your appointment (24 hours for holidays), we do charge the full amount of appointments scheduled, as we are less likely to be able to fill the time slot your appointment occupied.
  • Gift Policy
    Use gift certficates, and gift cards, vouchers between time of expiration. Gift certificates, gift cards or vouchers are not of cash value.
  • Spa Etiquette
    CELLULAR PHONES Please help preserve the tranquil atmosphere and adhere to cell phone usage while in Turquoise Tea. Cell phone use is prohibited in any area of the spa with the exception of the lobby area.
