    • Whenever your mental or Physical need to re-balance! When you get overwhelm your mental body begings to  (self-destructive/limiting thought patterns) or 
    • when your emotional body begings to take over. (fear, anger, depression), or

    How to use:
    Burn your  Smudge/Sage stick and let the smoke permeate and cleanse. Waft the sage smoke with the feather so that the smoke cleanses the entire room. Once you finish Continue to manifest and speak positivity through your Cleanse by setting Strong and Focused Intentions.
